I just don't see how anyone can be so cruel. They are sadistic b*stards that do that.
Now after I said that, I will say I am a proud card carrying member of the ASPCA and the Humane Society (HSUS). I also give locally to the Houston SPCA and to Second Chance Pets.
You totally rock LisaK! and I agree that all those sickos who mistreat animals should be put away, they're one step away from being serial killers imo.

I saw this commercial and I couldn't help but cry. :*(
I'm glad that they're trying to save the animals though, very nice cause, but still hurts to watch.
it makes you feel that you really wanna help and protect all these sweet creatures out there.
